PCD (Polycrystalline diamond) is ideal for non ferrous metals and non metals. Applicable for non-ferrous metal, non metal turning, milling and other various type of cutting.

The KYOCERA PCD inserts achieve long tool life due to high hardness and stable machining due to high thermal conductivity.

You can machine with high cutting speed which increases machining productivity. Even though you are machining on high level the inserts reduce build-up edge and allows at least high precision machining.
