Kyocera Launches High Performance A3 Workgroup Printer

The Ecosys P4040dn replaces the successful FS-6970dn and boasts a host of new flagship features. The affordable hardware pricing and competitive cost per page gives users the best value in its class. This printer supports a combination of different media types and paper sizes from A6 to A3, from the internal cassette and the multi-purpose tray. Four optional paper trays give flexible media handling combined with a total capacity of 2600 sheets to accommodate any printing needs.

PrivatePrint allows on-demand printing controlled through the product’s alphanumeric keypad and optional features such as a card reader for authentication and a data security kit which protects company information and assets enhance security at the device level. Data can be automatically deleted from the printer’s hard drive for maximum protection.
