Kyocera Recognises The Outstanding Contribution Made By Its Partner Service Technicians

Kyocera Document Solutions, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, would like to congratulate Hilario Catalá Gil, Hinrich Steer and Denzil Gramany as winning recipients of its prestigious 7th Kyocera Service Award which took place in the European headquarters in Meerbusch from 9th to 10th October. There is no higher honour for Kyocera Service Technicians than this award for outstanding technical skills and knowledge. The partners are essential to maintaining Kyocera's reputation as an 'excellent service company'.

The Kyocera Service Award assesses partners from 10 countries and measures their technical knowledge across the Kyocera digital imaging range and solutions. Participants completed both theoretical and practical tests to display their skills before the judges decided on the winners. This year's competition saw 1213 participants from 10 countries across Europe and South Africa, a remarkable 16% increase in comparison to last year.

The winners will visit Kyocera Global Headquarters in Japan where they will meet senior management before extending their trip with a visit to Vietnam to see the new factory in Hai Pong where they will experience Kyocera quality control procedures first hand. Each winner received a trophy and an airbrushed printer. The winners are:

1st Hilario Catalá Gil from DASS in Spain
2nd Hinrich Steer from FKS in Hamburg, Germany
3rd Denzil Gramany from KCBS in Sandton (Johannesburg), South Africa
