The ability to share, manage and use documents is transformed by meticulous attention to detail including new features such as dual scan speeds of 180 images per minute, ideal for archiving jobs and high volume departments. The embedded OCR scan allows easy conversion from scan to searchable PDF, making it simple to copy and paste text.

Increasingly complex in-house printing requirements demand high media flexibility, which is why Kyocera offers up to 8 different media trays with a total capacity of 7,650 sheets and supports custom paper, banner printing and optional tri-folding to provide unbeatable efficiency. The new KX 6.0 driver brings TAB printing and improved print quality as standard. Optional security features, such as the integrated IC card reader for quick/fast authentication and keyboard for alternative data entry, give added security to a company's documents.

Compared to the predecessors TEC-values have been reduced by 40% due to the smart power allocation which activates only the functions required from Energy Save mode.
