Boosting the KYOCERA MITA brand profile and increasing investment in the development of a regional channel strategy will be key functions of the new headquarters. In addition, the team will spearhead the introduction of KYOCERA Managed Document Services (MDS) which will offer highly economical and efficient managed document services to customers while generating new revenue opportunities for KYOCERA MITA channel partners. To support its channel partners in successfully delivering KYOCERA MDS the new headquarters will deliver comprehensive partner training, tailored product offerings to drive sales and access to tools such as KYOfleetmanager, which enables the remote monitoring, optimisation and billing of KYOCERA machines in the field. The new headquarters will allow KYOCERA MITA to respond to the needs of customers in the region better and faster.

Commenting on the establishment of the new headquarters, Mr Yoshiaki Onishi, President of KYOCERA MITA Europe B.V. said: “Historically the Nordic region has lagged behind KYOCERA MITA’s market penetration in the rest of Europe. In addition to the physical establishment of the headquarters, KYOCERA MITA will also invest in back-office support systems for the existing sales companies, including a common platform for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and web-ordering facilities. This will streamline operations in the region, improving sales companies’ customer service performance and responsiveness.
