Kyoto / Neuss − The Japanese technology corporation Kyocera has announced that its products will now be included into the portfolio of the Hoffmann Group – a leading system partner for quality processing tools in Europe. More than 115.000 Hoffmann customers will now have access to the full product portfolio of the international cutting tool specialist.

“We are looking forward to cooperating with the Hoffmann Group who is a strong, competent and service-oriented partner. Through the Hoffmann Group’s extensive network, customers all over Europe can now take advantage of our tools, which are produced with state-of-the-art precision technology,” stated Senri Nagashima, European Product Line Manager, Kyocera Cutting Tools Division. Selected products from the Kyocera portfolio will first be included in the Hoffmann Group’s latest edition catalogue, called the “Orange Tooling Bible,” which is published every July. A separate brochure will also inform customers in advance about new products and their applications.

“Kyocera offers a very interesting portfolio of turning, milling and drilling tools with very special solutions for high-efficiency cuttings, and its product offering fits very well with our own,” said Borries Schüler/Product Manager from the Hoffmann Group. “With this agreement, we will be able to introduce a wider range of attractive options for the procurement of precision tools to our customers.”

Kyocera started manufacturing cutting tools in 1975, and today is one of the worldwide leaders in the field. The company supplies finished products as well as components for almost all areas of the processing industry.
