The platform combines Java based applications with open web service technology enabling the device to work efficiently with applications embedded within the device as well as externally hosted web based applications. HyPAS™ allows the TASKalfa 552ci to integrate seamlessly with bespoke company workflow processes from security protocols and accounting processes to document routing and management. All functions (print, copy, scan or fax) can be customised to support company-specific requirements.

The TASKalfa 552ci uses KYOCERA’s newly developed toner, which guarantees high-precision image quality while at the same time reducing the volume of toner used by up to 30% and consequently lowering the cost per page.
